I’ve always been customer-orientated having had experience in retail, as well as several years with a major bank in Spain. Within the company I talk to customers directly throughout their policy to deal with any queries or claims.
My aim is to make sure our customers are happy and to establish myself as an important member of the team at First Point, doing what I can to help the company grow.

I am a big sports fan, with a particular interest in Formula 1 and Football. Having lived in Barcelona, I support the team and am currently the vice-president of the UK’s largest FC Barcelona supporters club www.penyaunionblaugrana.co.uk.
I’d like to see more cities around Europe and would love to visit Japan at some point. I’d also like to learn another language.
