I’ve been at First Point since 2004, not only as a Customer Advisor but i'm also reponsible for training the Customer Services new starters. This requires me to have an in depth knowledge of our system and processes. I’ve been involved in insurance for many years so have a clear understanding of customers’ expectations and needs.
Ensuring documentation is accurate and maintaining consistent quality and service for each customer. Client demands that have a limited time frame is always challenging, but we always do our best to meet deadlines.
