As General Manager my main challenge is to try and balance my work load and priorities effectively. I face many different types of challenges on a daily basis whether these are with staff, systems, Insurers, customers, complaints, suppliers or accounts.
Following recent rebranding and associated development within the business, I think we’ll see an increase in business insurance and personal lines enquiries and we’ll continue to deliver the great service all clients receive.
I enjoy reading, my favourite are Stephen King books. I also enjoy cooking, when I get the chance. But mainly, I enjoy spending time at home with my family especially watching my kittens as they are mental!
I was the first employee at First Point and have been here nearly 12 years now. Before this I worked for four other insurers; Ecclesiastical Insurance, Colonnade Insurance Brokers, Eagle Star and Insurance World.
