Other than my first job as an office junior my career has centred around insurance. I spent 4 years in customer services at one firm before leaving to join First Point which was an up and coming company with better prospects. Worked a further 4 years in customer services and in 2006 moved to the renewals department – which I continue to do today and am still enjoying.
I’m a keen runner; I run every week and recently completed the Great South Run for Cancer Research. The 10 mile race took 1hr and 57mins.
I’m happy in my role at First Point. I want to continue hitting our targets and high retention rates. Outside of work I’d like to visit Australia for a few months.
