My role is to provide support to our business customers, this involves administration, quoting and generally fulfilling customer requirements.

 

Describe your career in Insurance:

I've had various insurance roles over the years; my first was in the financial sector working at a Mortgage Brokers. I joined First Point in March 2008 and have gained further experience in Motor and Household insurance working in Customer Services and our Renewals Department.


After an extended gap on maternity leave in 2010, I returned to First Point in January 2011 and joined our Business Insurance team.


My perfect three car garage would consist of:

Audi R8, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and an Aston Martin DBS

Describe your interests outside the office:

I enjoy socialising with friends and taking my little girl for long walks around the park. In the future, I would love to have more children and learn a new language.

Where do you think First Point will be in 3 years?

If we continue to grow as a company at the fast rate we have been, in a couple of years we could be expanding into a second office - all the time increasing our client base.
