I’ve been at First Point since 2002; I started as a Customer Advisor and worked my way to the department supervisor.
As the Customer Service Supervisor, I not only deal with clients’ queries and problems on a daily basis, but also help the team with any problems they may have. I act as support for our Service Manager, Jayne and manage the department when she’s not in the office.
I would like an Audi TT Quattro, a Maserati, a Gran Turismo and a 4x4.
I enjoy going to the cinema, going on holiday and weekend breaks. When I get the chance I like socialising with friends and running. In the future I’d like to start a family.
