I've always worked in insurance; firstly I worked in the sales department at MCE, a broker specialising in motorbike insurance. I then moved to Roadsure in their customer service department, who specialised in classic vehicles, military and customised vehicles.
Working in Customer Services, I deal with clients' queries and their associated policies such as updating vehicle cover and other changes as required. I want to help the business grow and take on new responsibilities within the company.
