My role is to assist customers and service their requirements. My daily priority is to handle enquiries in an efficient and effective manner, and to communicate with insurers on their behalf.

 

What is your focus going forward?

Since leaving school my career has always been in customer-facing roles, I enjoy interaction with clients and fulfilling their needs. I joined First Point at the beginning of 2009 to experience a new and challenging role.


Going forward I will continue to deliver a high standard of service making sure all my duties are completed in both an accurate and timely manner.


My perfect three car garage would consist of:

Mercedes SLK, Audi R8 Spyder and an Aston Martin Vantage

Interests outside the office:

Being a mum to my son Max who was born in March 2010, he’s my number one priority. I also enjoy socialising with friends and seeing family.
