My everyday role involves ensuring the client has the most adequate cover suited to their individual lifestyle. I work in the Renewals team, striving to achieve the teams' retention targets by offering a high standard of service and focusing on customer needs.

One of my main passions is watching and playing football, socialising and eating out.

First Point is a strong company and has done well during the recession to not only keep staff and clients but also recruit new people and continue growth of the company. I would now hope to see First Point expand even further and in the long term, and see the continued development of the new system improve productivity and efficiency.
