My main duties in this role are to liaise with customers, managing their needs so I can offer a product to suit their individual needs. I must maintain the high level of renewal retention and professionalism that our company has become recognised for.
I’m happy in my current job role but am always looking to improve and learn new things to help me develop in my career and as a person.
