In a sales environment we’re always working to tight deadlines. The flow of business isn’t always continual so during the busiest times maintaining our high levels of service is a challenge. I’m also looking after the team and pushing to exceed our targets each month.

As a broker we are quite unique, dealing with a panel of different insurers we’re able to give the best independent advice to all out clients. In the future I’d like us to continue exceeding targets as well as being one of the best independent insurance brokers.

Looking after my kids is a full time job outside of work. But if I do get any other spare time I like watching the grand prix and drinking wine.
