Direct Dial: 01604 498096In my role, I assist the accounts department with reconciling insurance accounts, dealing with daily banking and investigating any outstanding account queries.
Mainly accounts based, prior to First Point spent 4 years as a bookkeeper visiting small companies performing various tasks. My first 6 years working were spent at AGF Insurance and Zurich Insurance dealing with broker accounts. Now as the broker, I’m on the other side.
During my varied career I’ve also spent time in a customer services role in a bank and made soft furnishings for clients whilst self-employed.
I enjoy socialising with friends and family – I particularly like cooking for them. Any other spare time I have is spent tap dancing with a local class which is both enjoyable and my effort to keep fit.
Having joined the company at the end of 2010, my current focus is becoming knowledgeable with the systems. After which, I would like to be more involved in the company accounts, learning how the company ticks.
From what I have already learnt about the company, First Point has grown at a considerably fast rate since it was established in 1998. I’m sure with our continued quality Customer Service it will continue to do so.
